Barossa Palms
Nestled in the heart of Nuriootpa, the Barossa Gateway Motel is a newly renovated establishment that sought a fresh approach to its branding and promotional materials. They provided me with a basic brand guide, and I was tasked with expanding and refining their visual identity to create a professional, cohesive, and welcoming experience for visitors. The goal was to ensure that every touchpoint, from brochures to signage, reflected the quality and care of the newly renovated motel.

Client name

Time Frame
One week
To bring this vision to life, I matched a font to the spa logo and refined it in Illustrator to finalize the new motel logo. I then designed a sleek brochure for the reception area and two DL flyers for the guest rooms, incorporating a subtle palm tree motif on the brochure to maintain visual consistency and add a touch of elegance. I focused on thoughtful layout, typography, and imagery, paying attention to details like font consistency, image cropping, contrast, and hierarchy to ensure a polished, professional look. The redesigned materials not only enhanced the guest experience but also elevated the overall perception of the motel. The project resulted in a cohesive and polished brand presence that welcomed visitors, reflected the motel’s personality, and strengthened its connection to the Barossa region.
