Rohan Semmler - Square Cards
I worked with Rohan Semmler from Homburg Barossa Valley as his main designer to create a set of square cards for his real estate marketing. The goal was to develop versatile, professional templates that could be used for customer testimonials, quotes, and property announcements, providing a consistent visual presence that aligned with Homburg’s established branding while also reflecting Rohan’s personal style. These cards needed to stand out in a competitive market while remaining flexible enough to easily update with new information.

I created two base designs, one specifically for quotes and testimonials, and another to announce when a property was on the market or sold. By carefully refining these templates, I ensured that new photos, text, and property details could be swapped in quickly and efficiently, making Rohan’s marketing process streamlined and adaptable. While adhering to Homburg’s branding guidelines, I introduced subtle design tweaks to reflect Rohan’s personality, giving the cards a distinctive edge. The layout, typography, and visual hierarchy were all carefully considered to maintain readability, balance, and a polished, professional look. The final designs resulted in a cohesive and flexible system of marketing materials that elevated Rohan’s presence in the Barossa Valley, effectively engaging clients and creating a strong, memorable impression with every property update.
